ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition arises out of order dated 11-9-2013 in C.M.A.No.33 of 2011 on the file of the learned XI Additional District Judge (FTC), Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar.
By the above mentioned order, the lower Court has granted injunction in favour of the respondent in the suit filed by him for permanent injunction. It is not in dispute that the respondent was granted ad interim injunction which was made absolute by the order under appeal and that the injunction is subsisting from the inception. As more than four years had elapsed from the time of initial grant of injunction, it is unnecessary for this Court to adjudicate the Civil Revision Petition, more so when the suit itself is for permanent injunction.
In this view of the matter, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, without delving into the merits of the case, with the direction to the lower Court to dispose of the suit itself within four months from the date of receipt of this order.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, CRPMP No.3631 of 2014 filed for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
