JUDGMENT / ORDER

THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY Writ Petition No.24125 of 2014 Between: V.V.Kalyani And Dated 09th October, 2014 …Petitioner The Divisional Cooperative Officer, Golkonda Division, Hyderabad and others …Respondents Counsel for the petitioner: Sri N.Krishna Sumanth Counsel for respondent Nos.1 & 2: AGP for Cooperation Counsel for respondent No.5: Sri R.N.Hemendranath Reddy The Court made the following:
ORDER:
This writ petition is filed feeling aggrieved by non-disposal of I.A.No.145 of 2014 in C.T.A.No.32 of 2014 by the A.P.Cooperative Tribunal.
The said application was filed by the petitioner for stay of all further proceedings in pursuance of the sale of a property claimed by her pursuant to an arbitration award.
At the hearing, Sri R.N.Hemendranath Reddy, learned counsel for respondent No.5, submitted that his client emerged as successful purchaser in the auction and that the sale certificate was issued on 25.08.2014.
This submission is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
Inasmuch as the sale certificate has already been issued, I.A.No.145 of 2014 itself has become infructuous. Consequently, the writ petition has also become infructuous and the same is accordingly dismissed as such without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to pursue C.T.A.No.32 of 2014 before the A.P.Cooperative Tribunal.
As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.Nos.30182 and 32215 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
