Respondents Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus to direct the respondents to produce the petitioner's husband Vinoth @ Pura Vinoth male aged about 31 years, son of Panneerselvam detained under Act 14/82 vide order No.901/BCDFGISSSV/2016 dated 13.08.2016 and now confined at Central Prison II, Puzhal, Chennai before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty forthwith by call for records and setting aside the order of Detention bearing No.901/BCDFGISSSV/2016 dated 13.08.2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent.

Public Prosecutor O R D E R (The order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU.,J ) The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition as the detention order passed against the detenu was revoked by the Government by its order dated 06.10.2016 in G.O.Rt.No.4866 Home, Prohibition & Excise (X) Department, and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the habeas corpus petition stands dismissed, as withdrawn.
