Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 to 6 and comply the order passed by the first respondent dated 16.10.2015 and to evict the 7th respondent in the said premises and handover the said property to the petitioner.

O R D E R
The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 to 6 and comply the order passed by the first respondent dated 16.10.2015 and to evict the 7th respondent in the said premises and handover the said property to the petitioner.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter is pertaining to criminal cases. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner has requested to withdraw the above petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach before the appropriate forum for the relief as prayed for in the Writ petition. No order as to costs.
