This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.427 of 2007 to the District Crime Branch, Dharmapuri or any other independent agency from the file of the respondent police.

3. It is seen from the records that on many occasions, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and therefore, the matter was listed under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, there is no representation of the petitioner. In view of the same, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
