ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) Being aggrieved by the order made by the District Collector, Tiruvallur dated 27.06.2016, passed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002, the borrower has filed the instant writ petition praying for a writ of certiorarified mandamus to quash the said order and to consider the representation dated 29.07.2016.
2. While ordering notice returnable in eight weeks, a Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court, vide order dated 29.08.2016, has granted interim stay of all further proceedings.
3. On this day, when the matter is listed for further hearing, Mr.N.Kalaiarasan, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Mr.A.V.Radhakrishnan, learned counsel appearing for Federal Bank Limited, Chennai, submitted that the loan amount has been discharged and that therefore, nothing survives in the instant writ petition.
4. Placing on record the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No Costs. Interim order of stay granted in W.M.P.No.25828 of 2016, is vacated.
