THE HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.40014 of 2014 Order: (per the Hon’ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, we dispose of this Writ Petition directing the Pollution Control Board to look into the complaint made by the writ petitioner. After enquiry if it is found that any action is required to be taken, then the same must be done after serving notice and after hearing the person, who might be affected. The entire exercise shall be completed within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
