Thereafter, there was no quarrel, but suddenly, the 2nd defendant in the suit started giving R.MAHADEVAN,J.
nvsri trouble without any rhyme or reason and thereafter, the petitioner has submitted his representation dated 13.02.2017, which is yet to be considered by the respondent-Police. Hence, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.02.2017 taking into account the decree dated 23.09.1989 passed in O.S.No.924 of 1988 on the file of District Munsif, Coimbatore, and thereafter, giving adequate opportunity to the petitioner as well as the 2nd defendant in the suit above referred to and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
2. With the above direction, the Crl.O.P., is disposed of.
