JUDGMENT / ORDER

Respondents Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the Additional Judge, Family Court, Coimbatore to transfer the petitions in HMOP.Nos.506 of 2015 and 232 of 2016 on the file of the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore to any Family Court at Chennai or nearby centres as may be found expedient along with the facility of trial by video conferencing as per orders of this Hon'ble Court in CRP.No.1012 of 2016 dated 23.01.2017.
For Petitioner : Mr.N.Seshadri For Respondent : Ms.V.S.Usharani O R D E R When this matter was posted on 06.09.2017, this Court has given a direction to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai to complete the trial on or before 20.09.2017. But, due to certain technical difficulties, trial was completed on 21.09.2017. This Court has directed the petitioner/husband who has agreed to pay the travel and accommodation expenses to the wife who comes from Coimbatore to Chennai and for the days, she stays for the purpose of trial.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent/wife submits that expenses were not paid till date.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner/husband submits that he is prepared to pay the money, even today. Accordingly, he agreed to pay a sum of Rs.35,000/- [Rupees thirty five thousand only] towards accommodation for 11 days between 11.09.2017 and 21.09.2017 and travel expenses to the respondent/wife.
4. Now, the trial is over and on behalf of the petitioner/husband, a memo has been filed that certain documents could not be taken from the bundle and they were not marked. The matter is transferred to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Coimbatore and it is open to the petitioner/husband to present those documents to the concerned Judge, Family Court. Considering the relevancy and admissibility of those documents, the Family Court at its discretion can entertain or reject those documents.
5. Parties are directed to make their submissions before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Coimbatore on 09.10.2017. The counsel for the petitioner/husband is permitted to appear before the Family Court, Coimbatore on 03.10.2017, in order to take steps to present the documents, which he wants to rely on. The Principal Judge, Family Court, Coimbatore is directed to hear the arguments on 09.10.2017 and thereafter, pass orders within a period of one month from the date of arguments. The Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai is directed to send back the pleadings and documents along with the evidence recorded through video conferencing to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Coimbatore for proceeding further.
6. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. There is no order as to costs.
