This Criminal Petition is filed to quash FIR in Crime No. 170 of 2012 of Bijinapally Police Station, Mahbubnagar district for alleged offences under section 498-A IPC and section 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
2. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that after completion of investigation police filed charge sheet and the same is numbered as CC.No.104 of 2013 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nagarkurnool, Mahbubnagar district and the case stands posted to 22/09/2014 for appearance of accused.
3. Considering the submission of learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous, giving liberty to the petitioners to challenge the charge sheet.
6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petition if any, pending shall stand closed.
