This Criminal Petition is filed under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No. 167 of 2014 of Kurnool Taluk Police Station, Kurnool district, for alleged offences under section 498- A IPC and section 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
2. Heard both sides.

Considering the submissions of both sides and material papers filed along with this Criminal Petition, I feel it appropriate to direct the petitioner to surrender before Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kurnool and move for a bail application and that trial court shall consider the same on merits and dispose of it on the same day.
