3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that summons have been served, trial is also over and the respondent is also convicted.
4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication. Therefore, this Criminal Revision is dismissed as infructuous.
