Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 18.4.2017, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the records carefully.
3. A perusal of the complaint would go to show that the allegations made out in the complaint does not make out a cognizable offence, warranting registration of the case. Hence, no direction as prayed for by the petitioner could be granted. Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
