For Petitioner :M/s.K.Subburam For Respondent :Mr.B.Ramesh Babu Government Advocate (Crl.side) ORDER This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in the death of the petitioner's husband viz., Veerasamy in mysterious circumstances which is registered in Cr.No.230 of 2009 on the file of Kolathur Police Station in Salem District to the file of 3rd respondent for time bound investigation.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the complaint was enquired and the action was dropped in the year 2010 itself.
4. Recording the said submission, the criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum.
