It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the suspension which is under challenge before this Court in the said writ petition is already been revoked.
2. Therefore, the learned counsel would submit that the issue raised in the writ petition does not survive for consideration by this Court as on today. In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
