THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA PRAYING TO QUASH/SET-ASIDE THE COMMUNICATION/NOTICE DATED 07.03.2019 (ANNEXURE-E) ISSUED BY THE SECOND RESPONDENT AND ETC., THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Sri K.V.Narasimhan, learned Counsel for the petitioner.
2. Taking into account the order which this Court proposes to pass, it is not necessary to issue notice to the respondent.
3. In this petition, petitioner inter alia seeks a writ of certiorari for quashing of the notice dated 07.03.2019 issue by the second respondent.
4. When the matter was taken up today, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the Competent Authority to consider and decide the representation dated 25.10.2018 submitted by the petitioner in a time bound manner in accordance with law.
5. In view of such submission made and facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Competent Authority to consider and decide the representation dated 25.10.2018 submitted by the petitioner, if not already decided, by a speaking order within a period of two weeks from the date of certified copy of the order passed today.
It is made clear that this Court has not expressed its opinion on merits of the case.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
