JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.Manikumar,J) On 9/12/2016, we have passed the following order:-
“Mr.T.T.Ravichandran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Vivek, learned counsel representing Bank of Baroda, submitted that a proposal for one time settlement is under process and that the dispute is most likely to be settled by 30th December 2016. Hence the matter is adjourned to 4/1/2017.”
2. On this day, when the matter came up for further hearing, Mr.T.T.Ravichandran, learned counsel for the writ petitioner submitted that the petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. Recording the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
