2. It is submitted that except in respect of one survey number viz., S.F.No.107/2, with regard to which proceedings are pending before the Civil Court regarding encroachment of the cart track, the order passed by this court has been complied with.
3. In that view of matter, the contempt petition is closed, leaving open to the parties to proceed further in accordance with on closure of the proceedings before the civil court.
