JUDGMENT / ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.JAICHANDREN, J.] Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.
2. This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to secure the detenu, Pradeep Kumar, aged 15 years, and produce him before this Court and set him at liberty.
3. At this stage of the hearing of the Habeas Corpus Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that the detenu was found and hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the endorsement made by him, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
