When the matter was posted on 25.06.2014 and was called on the said date, none appeared for the petitioner, as such, the writ petiton was directed to be listed under the caption “for orders” and on 02.07.2014 in view of the absence of any representation on behalf of the petitioner, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption “for dismissal”. Even on 09.07.2014, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court adjourned the matter.
Even today, when the matter was called, none appeared for the petitioner in the pre-lunch session, as such, this Court passed over the matter and when the matter is taken up in the post-lunch session now, once gain there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
In view of the above reasons, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
