ORDER The plea of the petitioner is that his representation dated 08.06.2014, vide Annexure-F , pursuant to the order of this court in W.P.No.36634 of 2011 has not been considered by the respondents.
2. The learned counsel for the second respondent - Bengaluru Development Authority, submits that if a reasonable time is granted, the same will be considered in accordance with law.
3. Consequently, the writ petition is disposed off with the aforesaid undertaking of the learned counsel for the second respondent. The same shall be done within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
