JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the 3rd respondent to dispose of his representation dated 23.01.2017 by including his name in patta and in other revenue records for the land measuring an extent of 110.00 Ares or 2.71 Acres comprised in Survey Nos. 209/4B and 209/5B, at Kaankuli Village, Ayyur Post, Udayarpalayam Taluk, Ariyalur District, after removing the 4th respondent's name and issue fresh patta.
2. Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the 3rd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to the 4th Respondent.
3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.01.2017, on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders, after giving notice to the 4th respondent, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
