ORDER:
This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dated 01.10.2013 in W.P.No.14306 of 2013.
At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.
A perusal of the averments in the affidavit filed in support of this contempt case shows that before filing this contempt case, the petitioner has not issued notice to the respondents sensitising them to implement the order of this Court. The contempt jurisdiction being quasi criminal in nature, the same cannot be invoked by the petitioner, unless he has put the respondents on notice that he will initiate contempt proceedings if they do not implement the order of this Court.
Therefore, the contempt case is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondents demanding implementation of the order of this Court and file a fresh contempt case in the event they do not implement the order of this Court.
