JUDGMENT / ORDER

This petition is filed against the order passed in I.A.No.74 of 1990 in W.C.No.182 of 1987 by the Learned Deputy Commissioner of Labour-I, Madras - 6, dated 22.02.1991.
2. This petition has been filed to set aside the ex-parte decree, passed in W.C.No.182 of 1987, which was dismissed for default on 17.01.1989, by the learned Judge, Deputy Commissioner of Labour-I, Madras - 6, seeking for restoration of the said case. Challenging the order, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed which is pending for more than 26 years. But, today there was no representation for the petitioner.
3. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed.
No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
