JUDGMENT / ORDER

This contempt petition is filed alleging disobedience of the Order of this Hon'ble Court dated 17.02.2016 in Writ Petition (MD) No.3129 of 2016.
2. The writ petition was disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 18.05.2015. The petitioner himself contands that the direction of this Court was complied with by disposing of the representation of the petitioner as directed by this Court. Hence, the present contempt petition is liable to be closed.
3. However the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks indulgence of this Court to observe that he may be at liberty to challenge the order that was passed by the respondents. Such liberty is always available even without any specific order of this Court.
4. With the above observation, this contempt petition is closed.
