ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“…to issue a Writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction declaring the action of respondent No.3 in not considering the petitioner’s representation Dt.29.09.2014 for release of deposit amount in favour of petitioner who is nominee of the deceased Krishna Hari Dharani with interest @ Rs.12% per annum is illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner who is nominee of late Krishna Hari Dharani for release of fixed deposit amount along with interest @ 12% per annum.”
At the hearing, Sri N.Aswartha Narayana, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.42363 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
