ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside proceedings in Rc.No.796/2014 D dated 23.9.2014 of respondent No.3, whereby she has suspended the petitioner’s fair price shop authorization.
In obedience to the direction of this Court, respondent No.3 is personally present and she has stated that she will revoke the impugned order of suspension, hold a detailed enquiry into the serious allegations made against the petitioner and pass an appropriate order, after holding such enquiry.
This submission of respondent No.3 is placed on record and the writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
As a sequel to the disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.44452 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
