The petitioners have come up with the present contempt petitions for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 22.02.2017 passed in WP.Nos.1754 and 1755 of 2017.
2. Today, when the petitions are taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with. They have also produced a copy of the order in G.O.Ms.No.111 Public Works (H2) Department dated 18.05.2017 to that effect.
3. Recording the same, both the contempt petitions are closed.
Consequently, connected Sub Applications are also closed.
