2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after filing the present petition, the trial in C.C.No.592 of 2008 had commenced and all the witnesses were also examined.
3. In view of the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, I am of the opinion that nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed.
