ORDER:
The appeal arises out of judgment and decree dated 22.03.2007 in O.S.No.946 of 2003 on the file of the learned III Additional Senior Civil Judge, Fast Track Court, Ranga Reddy District.
The appellant filed A.S.M.P.No.1294 of 2014 seeking to record the terms of compromise entered between herself and the respondent and allow the appeal. The appellant has also enclosed the memo of compromise dated 02.07.2014 signed by herself and the respondent besides their respective counsel.
At the hearing, though the parties are not present, Mr. V.V. Anil Kumar, learned counsel representing the appellant, and Mr. A. Abhishek Reddy, learned counsel representing the respondent, have reaffirmed the compromise between the parties.
By accepting the statements of the learned counsel, the appeal is allowed in terms of the memo of compromise and the judgment and decree of the lower Court are accordingly set aside. The Registry shall draw the decree in terms of the memo of compromise. A.S.M.P.No.1294 of 2014 accordingly stands allowed.
As a sequel to the allowing of the appeal, A.S.M.P.No.141 of 2008 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
