This writ petition has been filed and challenging the order of transfer in the year 2004. Though thirteen years have elapsed, at the time of admission, M.V.MURALIDARAN,J kkd this Court granted an order of interim stay and the petitioner is continuing his service. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
