JUDGMENT / ORDER

This writ petition came up before this Court on several occasions for final disposal from August 2017 and it has been adjourned from time to time. It was also submitted before this Court by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the petitioner died on 15.04.2014 and the xerox copy of the death certificate issued by the Villupuram Municipality is also placed before this Court.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has taken efforts to contact the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner to substitute the cause title, but he was unable to contact them. Hence, reported that there is no instruction in the writ petition.
3. In view of the death certificate issued by the Villupuram Municipality and also the submissions made by the counsel for the parties, this writ petition is dismissed as abated. No costs.
