These Writ Petitions coming on for preliminary hearing in ‘B’ Group this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER The petitioners in these petitions have assailed the allotment of shops made by respondent No.2 in favour of respondent Nos.6 to 9.
2. Learned counsel for petitioners has filed a memo stating that during the pendency of the writ petitions, respondent No.2 has cancelled the allotment made in favour of respondent Nos.6 to 9 and hence, the petitions having become infructuous.
3. In light of the memo filed and submission made, these petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous.
