O R D E R The petitioner in the present writ petition has sought for quashing the order dated 5.3.2005 passed by the 1st respondent, which is affirmed by the order dated 14.6.2010 passed 2nd respondent – Appellate Authority. By the impugned orders, the respondents have confiscated the vehicle of the petitioner.
Though the matter is of the year 2010, no interim order is granted by this Court in the present writ petition. When the case is called, none appears for the petitioner.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed for default.
