THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER Sri C.Jagadish, learned Special Counsel, on taking notice for respondent Nos.1 to 3 submits that against the impugned Order passed by the Deputy Commissioner as per Annexure-D, the petitioner has got an alternative and efficacious remedy of filing an appeal before the Appellate Authority under the provisions of Section 4-D of the Karnataka Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes and other Backward Classes (Reservation of Appointments, etc.) Act, 1990.
2. The same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Appellate Authority, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this Order. Till such time, the respondent shall not precipitate further in the matter.
