This civil revision petition arises out of order dated 15.11.2012 in I.A.No.3841 of 2012 in O.S.No.813 of 2012 on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District.
At the hearing, Mr. V.P. Ramanathan, learned counsel representing Mr. J.U.M.V. Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that his client seeks to withdraw the civil revision petition.
In view of the said submission, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the civil revision petition, C.R.P.M.P.No.3738 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
