2. The petitioner is present and he has been identified by his counsel.
3. The 2nd respondent has produced the detenue and she has been identified by the petitioner/father. The detenue has expressed her willingness to go with her father.
4. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the relief sought for in the present petition has become infructuous.
5. In fine, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
