.... Respondents This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the R-2 to recall the notice dated 24.20.2016 at Annex.`G’, etc.
This Writ Petition coming on for `Orders’ this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER Order dated 17.06.2019 reads as follows : “This Court by order dated 18.01.2018 had granted two weeks time as a last opportunity to remove the office objections. Further directed that the matter be listed for preliminary hearing. Neither office nor the petitioner have deemed it fit to comply with the office objections.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time.
Time is granted till the end of the day for compliance of office objections, failing which, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-compliance of office objections.”
Matter is called out. There is no representation for the petitioner. It is clear that the petitioner is not diligent in prosecuting the petition.
Accordingly, taking note of the observations made in the order dated 17.06.2019, petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
