Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 3rd respondent pertaining to ROC.No.5699/05/K2 dated 03.03.2005 and quash the same and consequently directing the 3rd respondent to promote the petitioner as Extension Officer on by including his name in the Panel issued in the 3rd respondent in ROC No.42466/2004/K1/dated 17.01.2005 on par with Junior of the petitioner with all monetary and attendant benefits.

2. At the age of 54 years, that too, after lapse of twelve years, the petitioner has filed a writ petition.
3. In view of the above, I do not find that anything would survive for adjudication in the writ petition.
In the result, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
