This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to C.C.No.706 of 2010 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, Chennai and quash the charge sheet filed by the respondent police.
2. The case relates to the year 2010. The main allegation is that when the de facto complainant was working as a receptionist under the petitioner from 05.10.2006 to 25.12.2006, the petitioner subjected the de facto complainant to mental hardship as well as physical strains and based on the same, the complaint came to be lodged and the trial proceeded with.
3. When this matter came up before this Court on 04.01.2017, this Court dismissed the stay petition on the ground that the interim stay granted in the year 2011 was not extended subsequently.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed directing the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, Chennai to dispose of the case in C.C.No.706 of 2010 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
