ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.2, in not completing the enquiry and passing a final order under Section 6-A of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 as illegal and arbitrary.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (Andhra Pradesh), on instructions, submitted that respondent No.2 has posted the case for enquiry to 17.01.2015 and that he will complete the enquiry and pass a final order within one month.
In the light of the above submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.2 to complete the enquiry, pass a final order and communicate the same to the petitioner within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.50091 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
