The said statement was not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks for liberty to make a representation before the respondents for regular transfer.
2. In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the respondents with regard to regular transfer, if he is so advised. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
