This Civil Revision Petition arises out of order, dated 05.06.2014, in I.A.No.639 of 2013 in R.C.No.13 of 2013 on the file of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District.
At the hearing, Sri Bajrangh Singh Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that as the dispute is settled out of Court, his client does not intend to pursue the Civil Revision Petition.
In view of the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, interim order, dated 01.08.2014, is vacated and CRPMP.No.2655 of 2014 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
