Order:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside the proceeding in Rc.No.D1CS/6252/2014, dated 16-09-2014, issued by respondent No.2, whereby the petitioner’s authorization in respect of Fair Price Shop No.26 of P.Gajulapalli Village, Gooti Mandal, Ananthapur District, was suspended, pending enquiry.
Considering the fact that the enquiry is pending before respondent No.2, he is directed to conclude the same, wherein he shall give an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and pass a rational order with proper reasons within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order.
Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.43972 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
