Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that in the case in Crime No.53 of 2016, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Mayiladudurai and the same was also taken on file as CC No.136 of 2016.
3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
