O R D E R:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
2. This writ petition was filed in the year 2009 challenging the action of respondents 1 and 2 in not considering and disposing of the representations dated 19.06.2007 and 27.06.2007 made by the petitioners in respect of the land in Survey Nos.130, 131, 134 situated at Yapral Village, Malkajgiri Mandal, R.R. District and Survey Nos.634, 635 and 638 situated at Kapra Village, Keesara Mandal, R.R. District, totally admeasuring Ac.73.39 guntas and the house bearing No.5-6-34, 35 & 36 having an area of 1500 square yards situated at Yapral Village, which is the subject matter of O.S.No.964 of 1997 dated 27.12.2006.
3. Now, the learned counsel for the petitioners states that the said suit is for partition and a decree was passed on 27.12.2006 against which A.S.No.913 of 2011 is pending in this Court. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that an advocate-commissioner was appointed in final decree proceedings and he demarcated the land. The land was divided into plots and there are several subsequent developments that have taken place.
4. The learned counsel for respondents 4 and 5 submits that Hyderabad Urban Development Authority has issued a final layout in respect of the entire land on 15.11.2006.
5. In view of the subsequent developments, this writ petition has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioners to agitate their rights in an appropriate forum, if they are so advised.
6. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in consequence. No costs.
