JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.S.Diwakar, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 4th respondent to dispose of his representation dated 13.02.2017, by allowing the accessibility of Panchayat road to him.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2017, the 4th respondent has not passed any order so far.
4. Mr.S.Diwakar, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the 4th respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks.
5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the 4th respondent within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the 4th respondent shall consider the same and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of submission of the representation, after giving an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner.
With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
