The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to rectify the error crept in “A” Register Extract of Pallipatti Village, Salem Taluk, Salem District by deleting the “AD condition” entry mentioned in the remark column in so far as S.No.35/2 is concerned in furtherance of the written communication dated 16.02.2012 and 03.12.2012 of the Assistant Director, District Survey Department, Salem, by disposing of his representations dated 20.06.2011 and 28.01.2017 sent to the respondents within a time frame.
2. Mr.J.Ramakrishnan, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representations dated 20.06.2011 and 28.01.2017, the third respondent is not considered the same yet.
3. Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents submitted that the third respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representations in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.
4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 20.06.2011 and 28.01.2017, and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order .
5. With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
