(PER : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE VIJAY MANOHAR SAHAI) Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is allowed one month's time to file affidavit-in-rejoinder. He also states that there are documents in vernacular, which are required to be translated in English in view of Chapter IV, Rule 53 of the Gujarat High Court Rules, 1993.
