Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order issued by the respondent in Rc.No.698/2005/A dated 22.03.2005 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service with all attendant benefits.
